EXECUTIVE, SALES

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To handle all forms of sales inquiries including walk in, phone calls, events and etc.
  • To build and maintain good relationship with existing customers, actively source and meet potential customer for sales closure.
  • To follow up and arrange meeting with potential customers to prospect for new business.
  • To execute the sales, marketing and promotional strategies in order that the assigned individual and team sales target can be achieved.
  • To liaise with buyers, lawyers and bankers on all related documents to ensure smooth and efficient flow for all parties.
  • To organize, follow up and monitor the completion of sales transaction up to SPA signed and application/ approval of loan.
  • To compile and update sales report on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management/ Real Estate/Property Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in sales, preferably from property development or real estate industry.
  • Required language(s): English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, independent, determination, team player and result-oriented.
  • Good understanding of Debt Service Ratio (DSR) and is able to recommend financial options to potential customer will be an added advantage.
  • Pleasant personality and able to interact with people at all levels.
  • Readiness to work during weekends and public holidays.

HOURS OF WORK

Mondays to Sundays – 9.00am to 6.00pm (with 2 rest day in a week)
