Goh Soo Sing
Founder and Chairman of Bon Estates
Goh Soo Sing is the Founder and Chairman of Bon Estates Group and the Chief Executive Officer of Bravo BKK. He holds a BSc in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics, UK.
With over 15 years of experience across large-scale real estate development, mall management, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructuring, Goh has been central to building Bon Estates Group's reputation for high-quality developments. His work spans Malaysia and Thailand, reflecting a focus on establishing a strong Southeast Asian presence. In Malaysia, he has overseen launches totaling RM1.8 billion in gross development value. In Thailand, he serves as CEO of Bravo BKK, an entertainment and digital lifestyle mall in Bangkok with 750,000 sq ft of net lettable area.
Guided by a commitment to community impact, Goh’s leadership shapes the Group’s long-term direction. He is also a member of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO), engaging with a global network of business leaders.

Chan Jin-Wy
Chief Executive Officer
Chan Jin-Wy is the Chief Executive Officer of Bon Estates, where he leads strategic direction with a focus on operational discipline and long-term value creation. He holds a BSc in Computing from Staffordshire University, UK.
Drawing on more than 20 years of experience in the technology solutions sector, Chan brings a systems-oriented mindset to real estate. His background in technology informs the Group’s approach to process efficiency and business performance. Chan oversees the development pipeline, from site acquisition to project execution. Under his stewardship, Bon Estates has launched developments with a combined gross development value of RM1.4 billion across the Klang Valley.
His philosophy centers on delivering well-crafted, commercially relevant developments while sustaining impactful relationships with stakeholders. Beyond his role at Bon Estates, Chan is a National Council Committee Member of REHDA Malaysia, served as the REHDA WPKL Secretary (2022–2026), and was previously the Deputy Chairman of REHDA Youth (2022–2024).

Koh Mui Yen
Finance Director
Koh Mui Yen is a seasoned finance executive with over 30 years of experience in accounting, financial management, and strategic leadership. As Regional Finance Director for Southeast Asia and a member of the Executive Committee, she has driven profitability, growth, and operational excellence through strong financial stewardship and strategic insight. With deep expertise in accounting, systems development, and business partnership, Koh Mui Yen combines technical precision with strategic vision. She holds a Bachelor of Business from Charles Sturt University, Australia, and is both a Chartered Accountant (MIA) and Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA Australia).

Chen Swee Hoe
Project Director
Ts Chen Swee Hoe, Project Director at Bon Estates, graduated from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia with a B.Eng (Hons) in Civil Engineering and is a Professional Technologist (MBOT). He is an experienced and hands-on professional with over 27 years in the construction industry. He has been involved in various types of projects and project management, including township, mixed-development, and residential projects. He is currently responsible for steering the Group’s project development, project delivery, authority liaison, and contracts.

Angeline Liau
General Manager, Marketing and Sales
Angeline Liau is the General Manager of Marketing and Sales at Bon Estates, where she plays a pivotal role in building the Group’s branding, communications, and marketing strategy, while driving sales and revenue growth. A graduate of Curtin University with a Bachelor of Commerce (Sales and Marketing), she brings over two decades of experience across marketing, branding, PR, and sales. She was instrumental in shaping the brand and marketing direction for Bon Estates’ inaugural Klang Valley development, The Estate, establishing a strong foundation for the Group’s market presence. She continues to lead innovative communications and marketing strategies for Bon Kiara and Yanu Hills, contributing to the brand’s continued success and growth.
