Our History
PPM Realty Sdn Bhd was founded in Penang in 2007 by Mr. Goh Soo Sing. Inspired by a vision to create high-quality, thoughtfully designed homes, the company was renamed Bon Estates Sdn Bhd in 2012. Since then, it has built a reputation for craftsmanship, innovation, and attention to detail, steadily growing its presence in Malaysia’s property development landscape.
In 2016, Bon Estates expanded its operations to Kuala Lumpur, marking a significant milestone with the launch of The Estate in South Bangsar, its maiden flagship project in the capital. This move positioned Bon Estates as an emerging player in the market, with The Estate embodying the company’s commitment to luxury, sustainability, and community-focused design. The successful 100% sales achievement of The Estate within a short period reflects the demand and trust in Bon Estates’ offerings, setting the stage for future developments that continue to elevate the Bon Estates brand.
